Important Notice: By downloading, registering, or using the Zaruda app (owned and operated by Wyntech Labs Pvt Ltd), you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration & Verification

To access posting and subscription features, you must register using a valid mobile number and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including completing the identity verification process (KYC) with a valid Aadhaar and PAN when prompted. Failure to complete KYC may result in restricted platform usage.

2. Subscription & Payment Rules

Our platform offers multiple subscription levels, including the ₹111 Starter Plan. All payments are processed through Razorpay. You agree that:

Subscription fees are inclusive of applicable GST.
Active subscription limits (e.g., 1 post per day for Starter Plan) are strictly enforced by the platform.
Refunds for successful subscriptions are generally not provided, except as required by local laws.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Posting

You are solely responsible for the content (photos, videos, text, reels) that you publish on Zaruda. You agree not to post:

Inappropriate, vulgar, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.
Spam listings, duplicate uploads, or misleading pricing.
Prohibited items or services restricted by local regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any post, reel, or page that violates our guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Zaruda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to our platform. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the app or platform services.

5. Changes to These Terms

Wyntech Labs Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the terms on this page.
